INGREDIENTS:

• 2 (8 oz.) pkgs. cream cheese
• 1/2 c. or more raisins
• 1/2 c. coconut
• 1 tsp. almond extract
• 1 c. drained, crushed pineapple,
• unsweetened
• 2 c. Almond Delight cereal, crushed
• or almonds, chopped (we prefer)

DIRECTIONS:

• Whip cream cheese. Mix all ingredients, put in bowl. Cover with
• cereal or sliced almonds. Serve with crackers, apple slices, pears,
• carrots, sweet breads.
