INGREDIENTS:

• 2 lbs. ground beef
• 2 eggs, beaten
• 1/2 c. applesauce
• 1/2 c. bread crumbs
• 1 sm. onion, minced
• 1 tsp. salt
• 1/4 tsp. pepper
• 1/4 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
• --SAUCE:--
• 15 oz. tomato sauce
• 1/2 c. brown sugar
• 1/4 c. vinegar
• 1/4 tsp. mustard

DIRECTIONS:

• Combine ingredients in bowl, shape into balls, then roll in flour.
• Put oil in pan and brown the meatballs. Combine sauce ingredients
• and then pour over meatballs; let simmer gently for 1/2 hour.
