Apricot Balls


INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 1/2 c. dried apricots (6 oz.), ground
  • 2 c. moist shredded coconut
  • 2/3 c. Eagle Brand sweetened milk
  • (1/2 can)
  • Confectioners' sugar

DIRECTIONS:

  • In large sized mixing bowl mix together apricots and coconut.
  • Stir in Eagle Brand milk. Shape into small balls and roll in
  • confectioners' sugar. Let stand in air until firm. (Makes about
  • 40-48.)
