INGREDIENTS:

• 1 1/2 c. crushed vanilla wafers (38
• cookies)
• 1 c. chopped pecans
• 1/2 c. powdered sugar
• 1/2 c. snipped dried apricots
• 1/4 c. light corn syrup
• 2 tbsp. apricot brandy
• 1/2 c. sifted powdered sugar

DIRECTIONS:

• In a bowl stir together vanilla wafers, pecans, 1/2 cup powdered
• sugar and the apricots. Stir in corn syrup and brandy. Using one
• level tablespoon for each cookie shape mixture into balls. Roll
• each ball in powdered sugar. Store in a covered container. Makes 3
• dozen cookies.
