Artichoke Spinach Dip $0.00


INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped spinach
  • (thaw & drain well)
  • 1 lg. can artichoke hearts, chopped &
  • drained
  • 1 c. Monterey Jack cheese, shredded
  • 1 c. grated Parmesan cheese
  • Medium white sauce (2 tbsp. butter or
  • margarine, 2 tbsp. flour, 1 c.
  • milk)
  • Dash hot sauce

DIRECTIONS:

  • WHITE SAUCE: Melt butter over low heat. Blend in flour. Cook
  • over low heat until smooth and bubbly. Remove from heat. Stir in
  • milk. Heat to boiling, stirring constantly. Add remaining
  • ingredients until well blended. Add hot sauce to taste. Serve warm
  • with tortilla chips.
