INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 1/2 lb. ground beef
  • 1-2 tbsp. chili powder
  • 2 tsp. sugar
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 med. bell pepper, diced
  • 1 can whole kernel corn
  • 1 can tomato paste (6 oz.)
  • 2 cans tomato sauce (16 oz.)
  • 1 can red kidney beans
  • 1 c. water

DIRECTIONS:

  • Brown ground meat in skillet; pour off excess grease. Sprinkle
  • chili powder and sugar, salt over meat. Stir in sauce, water and
  • paste. Add beans, corn and bell pepper. Cook slowly 30-45 minutes
  • or slow in crock pot.
