Bacon and Cheese Puffs $0.00


INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 lb. cream cheese, softened
  • 1 egg yolk
  • 1 tsp. instant minced onions
  • 1 tsp. baking powder
  • 2 1/2 tbsp. imitation bacon pieces
  • About 40 crackers

DIRECTIONS:

  • Combine cream cheese, egg yolk, and onion in large bowl. Beat
  • well until smooth and blended. Stir in baking powder and bacon
  • pieces and blend well. Mixture may be covered and stored in
  • refrigerator until ready to use. Mound about 1 tablespoon of
  • mixture evenly on each cracker. Heat oven to 350 degrees and bake
  • about 9 minutes or until cheese is puffed and lightly browned on
  • top. Serve hot. Business Office
