Bacon Wrapped Water Chestnuts $0.00


INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 can whole water chestnuts (double 2 cans)
  • 1/2 lb. bacon strips, halved (double 1 lb.)
  • 2/3 c. catsup
  • 1/2 c. brown sugar

DIRECTIONS:

  • Wrap water chestnuts in bacon with toothpicks. Bake 1/2 hour
  • (either regular or toaster oven) at 325 degrees. Drain off grease
  • and blot on paper towel. Cover with: Don't cover toothpicks! Let
  • sit awhile may be done night before. Bake before serving 300
  • degrees 1/2 hour or more. Sauce will cover double recipe.
