INGREDIENTS:

  • Desired amount haddock
  • 1/2 lb. Saltines and Ritz crackers,
  • rolled until fine crumbs
  • 1/4 lb. melted butter or oleo
  • Dash of Worcestershire or A-1 Sauce
  • Some amount of garlic powder
  • 1 oz. sherry wine

DIRECTIONS:

  • Mix all ingredients together. If too dry, add more butter. Make
  • pocket in fish fillet and put in stuffing. Spread butter or oleo
  • over the top and dash small amount of lemon juice (if preferred)
  • over the top. Bake at 400 degrees for 15 minutes or until done.
  • Be sure to preheat oven.
