INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 lb. hamburger
  • 1 egg
  • 3/4 c. oatmeal
  • 3/4 tsp. salt
  • Pinch of pepper
  • 1/2 tsp. poultry seasoning
  • --SAUCE:--
  • 1/2 c. catsup
  • 1/4 c. minced onion
  • 2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/4 c. vinegar
  • 2 tbsp. brown sugar
  • 1 tbsp. soy sauce

DIRECTIONS:

  • Mix hamburger, egg, oatmeal, seasonings together. Form in balls
  • the size of melon balls. Place on wax paper or cookie sheet. Chill
  • overnight. Mix all sauce ingredients, pour over hamburgers that
  • have been placed in a 9x13x2 inch pan. Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees.
  • Serve with snack crackers.
