Beer Cheese Croutons $0.00


INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 lb. Cheddar cheese, grated
  • 3/4 c. Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 3/4 c. beer
  • 1/4 tsp. bottled hot sauce
  • 1/4 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 tsp. dry mustard

DIRECTIONS:

  • Assemble at room temperature: Mix well with electric mixer. Can
  • be made ahead and refrigerated. Bring to room temperature before
  • continuing. Slice baguettes of bread 1/4 inch thick. Spread with
  • approximately 1/4 inch of cheese mixture. Spray cookie sheet with
  • non-stick coating. Bake croutons at 400 degrees until bubbly.
  • Makes about 50 croutons.
