INGREDIENTS:

• 1 lb. fresh broccoli, cut into spears
• OR
• 1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen spears, cooked
• and drained
• 1 1/2 c. cooked, cubed chicken or
• turkey
• 1 c. Campbell's cream of broccoli soup
• 1/3 c. milk
• 1/2 c. shredded cheddar cheese
• 1 tbsp. melted butter
• 2 tbsp. dry bread crumbs

DIRECTIONS:

• In a 9-inch pie plate or shallow casserole, arrange broccoli, then
• top with chicken. Combine soup and milk; pour over chicken.
• Sprinkle with cheese. Combine butter and bread crumbs; sprinkle
• over cheese. Bake at 450 degrees for 15 minutes or until hot.;
• To microwave: Cover with waxed paper and cook on high power for 6
• minutes or until hot, rotating dish during cooking.
