Chicken Rice Skillet $0.00


INGREDIENTS:

  • 1/2 c. chopped celery
  • 2 tbsp. butter or margarine
  • 2 1/2 c. water
  • 1 (6 oz.) pkg. long grain wild rice
  • mix
  • 2 c. cubed cooked chicken
  • 1 (14 oz.) can artichoke hearts,
  • drained and quartered
  • 1 (4 oz.) can sliced mushrooms,
  • drained

DIRECTIONS:

  • In 10-inch skillet, cook celery in butter until tender. Stir in
  • water and rice mix. Bring to boiling, cover. Simmer 15 minutes.
  • Stir in chicken, artichoke hearts, and mushrooms. Cover, simmer 10
  • minutes more. Serves 4. It only takes 40 minutes total.
