INGREDIENTS:

• 2 pkgs. frozen broccoli OR 1 fresh
• bunch, cut small
• 2 cans cream of chicken or cream of
• mushroom soup
• 3 chicken breasts, cooked and diced,
• or 2 c. meat
• 1/2 tsp. curry powder
• Dash lemon juice
• 1 c. mayonnaise
• --TOPPING:--
• 1/2 c. shredded cheese
• 1/2 c. bread crumbs
• 1 tbsp. butter

DIRECTIONS:

• Grease a large casserole dish. Lay chicken/turkey and broccoli on
• bottom. Make a sauce of the soup, mayonnaise and seasonings, adding
• salt and pepper as desired. Mix well, no need to cook. Spread
• sauce over meat and broccoli. Sprinkle topping over all. Bake at
• 350 for 30 minutes. This dish can be frozen before cooking, and is
• a good use for leftover fowl.
