INGREDIENTS:

• 1 c. flour
• 1 tsp. salt
• 1 tsp. oregano
• 2 eggs
• 2/3 c. milk
• 1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
• 1 1/2 tsp. oregano
• 1 lb. ground beef or sausage, cooked
• & drained
• Pepperoni
• 1/4 c. chopped onion
• 4 oz. can chopped, drained mushrooms
• 1 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese

DIRECTIONS:

• Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Mix flour, salt, 1 teaspoon oregano,
• eggs and milk. Pour into 9"x13" pan sprayed with Pam. Mix tomato
• sauce and 1 1/2 teaspoons oregano together. Pour over mixture in
• pan but do not stir. Combine cooked meat, and onion. Layer it and
• remaining ingredients on top of batter. Mozzarella cheese can be
• added last. Bake at 425 degrees until crust is golden brown.
