INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 c. water
  • 1/2 c. butter or margarine
  • 1 c. flour
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 (3 oz.) pkg. instant pudding mix
  • 1 c. milk
  • 2 c. whipping cream

DIRECTIONS:

  • Heat oven to 400 degrees. Heat water and butter to rolling boil.
  • Stir in flour. Stir vigorously over low heat about 1 minute or
  • until mixture forms a ball. Remove from heat. Beat in eggs, all at
  • once, continue beating until smooth. Drop dough by 1/4 cupfulls, 3
  • inches apart, on ungreased baking sheet. Bake 35-40 minutes. Cool.
  • Fill with cream filling below. In mixer bowl, blend 1 (3 1/2
  • ounce) package instant pudding mix and one cup milk. Add two cups
  • whipping cream. Beat about 2 minutes until soft peaks form. 12
  • cream puffs.
