INGREDIENTS:

• 2 lbs. ground beef
• 1 med. onion, finely chopped
• 1 green pepper, finely chopped
• 2 cans (15 oz. each) tomato sauce
• 2 cans (12 oz. each) tomato paste
• 1 sm. can mushrooms
• 2 env. (1 1/2 oz. each) Italian style
• spaghetti sauce seasoning
• 3 c. water
• 1 tbsp. sugar
• 1 tsp. oregano leaves
• 2 cloves garlic, crushed

DIRECTIONS:

• Cook and stir ground beef, onion and green pepper until meat is
• brown and onion is tender. Stir in remaining ingredients and
• simmer. You may also want to add Italian sausage of your choice.
• Serve with your choice of pasta.
