INGREDIENTS:

• 5 tbsp. flour
• 5 tbsp. sugar
• 1 c. milk
• 1/2 c. butter
• 1/2 c. shortening
• 1 c. sugar
• 1 tsp. vanilla
• Dash salt

DIRECTIONS:

• In saucepan stir flour and 5 tablespoons sugar. Add milk, stir
• until smooth. Cook over medium heat until thick. Remove from heat,
• cool. In bowl, cream butter, shortening, 1 cup sugar, vanilla and
• dash of salt. Add cooled mixture. Beat 5 minutes until fluffy.
