INGREDIENTS:

• 1 1/2 c. all-purpose flour
• 1 tsp. soda
• 1/2 tsp. salt
• 1 c. sugar
• 1/2 c. oil or butter1 egg, unbeaten
• 1 tsp. vanilla
• 1 lg. can Del Monte fruit cocktail

DIRECTIONS:

• Mix first 5 ingredients. Make a hole in batter and add second
• three ingredients. Stir briskly and put in greased baking pan.
• Sprinkle chopped nuts and brown sugar on top. Bake 30 minutes at
• 350 degrees. Check until done. Serve with real whipped cream.
