INGREDIENTS:

• 1 pkg. Duncan Hines Swiss chocolate
• cake mix
• 1 c. quick oatmeal
• 1 1/4 c. water
• 3 eggs
• 1/2 c. Crisco oil
• --GLAZE:--
• 1 c. powdered sugar
• 1 tbsp. milk
• 1/2 tsp. vanilla

DIRECTIONS:

• Grease two 8 1/2 x 4 1/2 x 2 1/2 inch loaf pans. Combine dry
• ingredients. Add water, eggs and oil; blend. Then beat for 2
• minutes at medium speed. Divide batter in 2 pans. Bake at 350
• degrees for 35 to 40 minutes until inserted toothpick comes clean.
• Cool 10 minutes in pan, remove and cool on racks. Mix and spread.
