INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 (15 oz.) can refried beans
  • 2 c. sour cream
  • 1 1/4 pkg. taco seasoning
  • 8 oz. picante sauce
  • 1 recipe of guacamole
  • 2 med. tomatoes
  • 1 bunch green onions
  • 8 oz. cheddar cheese
  • 4 oz. black olives

DIRECTIONS:

  • In 9 x 13 inch casserole dish, spread refried beans. Mix sour and
  • taco seasoning, then spread over layer of beans. Continue by
  • layering remaining ingredients. Cheddar cheese should be grated.
  • This dish can be served cold or portions can be heated in the
  • microwave for a hot (and wonderful) bean dip. Serve with tortilla
  • chips - corn chips.
