INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 c. lukewarm water
  • 1 pkg. yeast
  • 3 eggs
  • 1/2 c. butter, melted
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 4 c. flour

DIRECTIONS:

  • Beat 3 eggs in a large bowl, add sugar, salt and melted butter.
  • Mix lukewarm water and yeast in cup until dissolved. Add to cooled
  • mixture. Then add the flour slowly, cover and refrigerate for 3
  • hours or it will keep in refrigerator until you need it, up to 1
  • week. Make rolls, put in greased pan and use. Bake at 375 degrees
  • for 15 minutes or until golden brown.
