INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 (6 oz.) cream cheese, softened
  • 2 c. sharp cheese, shredded
  • 2 c. sour cream
  • 1 1/2 c. packets taco seasoning
  • 3 eggs
  • 4 oz. can green chilies, chopped and
  • drained
  • 2/3 c. salsa

DIRECTIONS:

  • Combine the cheeses until fluffy; add 1 cup of sour cream and taco
  • seasoning. Beat in eggs, one at a time; fold in chilies. Bake in 9
  • inch springform pan at 350 degrees for 35 to 40 minutes. Cool 10
  • minutes, spoon 1 cup sour cream on top, return to oven for 5
  • minutes. Cool on rack. Refrigerate overnight. Spread with salsa
  • when serving. Serve with tortilla chips.
