Spaghetti Sauce $0.00


INGREDIENTS:

  • 2 tbsp. oil
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 3/4 c. onion, chopped
  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 1 (6 oz.) can tomato paste
  • 3 c. hot water
  • 1/2 tsp. sugar
  • 1/2 tsp. oregano
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper
  • 3/4 lb. spaghetti, cooked & drained
  • Grated Parmesan cheese

DIRECTIONS:

  • Heat oil in heavy skillet. Add garlic and onion, cook until soft.
  • Add meal. Cook and stir until crumbly. Mix tomato paste, water
  • and seasonings. Stir into meat. Simmer over low heat 40 to 45
  • minutes or until sauce thickens. Serve over spaghetti, macaroni or
  • noodles. Sprinkle with cheese. Serves 4.
